How to order Bok Bok Box
How to subscribe
First, fill out a form to tell us about your dog’s profile, like their size and if be sure to let us know if your dog has any special allergies. Then, sign up on our website.
Delivery
You get one Bok Bok Box for your dog every month. After you pay, your first box will come in 3-7 days.
The next month, in function of your order date:
- Order before the 15th? Your box ships on the 16th next month.
- Order after the 15th? Your box ships at the end of the next month.
Get your dog ready !
Your pup will get to try new treats and toys that come with Notes, product information and instructions included in the box. So you can be confident that what you receive is safe and has a standard that can be checked. Then start pleasing your dog !
FAQs
We send a Subscription Box of fun dog toys and treats to your door every month. We pick special items that your dog will love, to make a wonderful moment for your furr baby. Each box has 4-6 surprises.
You can subscribe monthly. where you will receive 1 box every month, the subscription price is 790 baht/month (the credit card will be charged automatically every month until the membership is paused or cancelled).
Or subscribe for 3 months where you will receive 1 box every month continuously for 3 months at the application price of 2100 baht (there will be automatic credit card deduction every 3 months until the membership is paused or cancelled).
You can cancel your membership at any time. Just Login to your account and select “Cancel/Pause your subscription” category. Then select cancel or pause your membership and submit the form. Your membership status will expire at end of the month.
